Anyone listen to this week's show? It was Cable vs DSL vs T1. Maybe not so exciting, but VERY informative. See my comments below. Steve was fantastic!!
Next week, John Steele takes the stage to discuss his expertise in "Keeping your Data Safe".
Make sure you tune into WGUN Radio 1010 AM every Saturday at 3:00pm. For those of you who cannot pull yourself off the computer, you can listen online!

Thanks for following the blog! Do you have something to say? Com'on...let it out!
This comment is 100% bias as I own an iPhone, but the iPhone is far better than the BlackBerry. BlackBerry’s have a very tough learning curve and the UI is horrible, you can’t just pick it up and use it if you are a first time user. The iPhone’s UI is very clean and pretty and takes no time at all to learn how to use it. Yes yes I know the iPhone does not have a “real” keyboard and that is the first attack any BlackBerry user will say about the iPhone, but once you get the hang of it, it is really not that bad. That does not mean that when the “Storm” comes out that I will have a case of a ‘foot in mouth syndrome’ but we will have to wait and see.
Did I also foprget to mentio the iPhone's "Killer App"? Visual Voicemail rocks. How did I ever get by without it?
You guys are killing me. Does anyone recognize the familiar "WHAT? HELLO? HUH?" when talking to Steve on the phone? That is because of his stinky cell phone! (don't blame the headset).
DREW - did you know I had an Iphone and GAVE it away? Pity.
Oh yeah. Did I ALSO forget to mention that we conducted the entire show with EVERYBODY conferenced on my iPhone? Lets see you do that with your Blackberry!
Sorry I missed the broadcast. If I were to pick one of the two dicussed items, I would rather have the iphone. It looks better and has more functionality as a device, in general. I used a blackberry many years ago, when they first came out, and I was lucky not to become a crackberry user. Nothing is more unnerving, than to be talking to someone and they start doing their thing with their blackberry. I don't see iphone users doing that.
Ummm....

Take that BlackBerry's.
And Treo's......I am not even going there.
BTW, I thought the problem with Steve's interference on his phone, was really the IOS, when the top was down! Wind noise, going 120 mph on 75.

Did anyone listen to the show this week? Steve was just short of brilliant! Scratch that...he was brilliant!! The topic was the ever so popular DSL vs CABLE vs T1 line.
Stay tuned for next week where John Steele takes the stage! Listen up. There could be a pop quiz. The show is Saturday at 3:00pm on WGUN 1010 AM.
Hello Everyone...
I broke down and got the Blackberry Storm. Ok...it wasnt much of a breakdown. You know I HAD to have it.
So far, the jury is still out. I think if I would just read the manual, I would be fine. BUT...what techs other than James read the manual?
